Reported by RAPEX 2010 report 33, Branded – 55 H+ Paris -Skin lightening cream – Harmonie Reparateur /Strong Bleaching Treatment (Batch Number: 20071116) has been voluntary withdrawn from the market and recall from consumers.
The product poses a chemical risk because it contains 2.6% of hydroquinone.
The product does not comply with the Cosmetics Directive 76/768/EEC.
