Update UK Government on UKCA, 20 June 2022"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The government will introduce legislation so that the UKCA marking can be placed on a label affixed to the product or on a document accompanying the product until 31 December 2025.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\">The UK authorities announced after Brexit that a non-permanent UK CA marking would be permitted until 31 December 2022. However, this grace period has now been extended until 31 December 2025, a full three years. A non-permanent marking is either a label affixed to the product or on a document accompanying the product.
