{"id":3576,"date":"2023-03-22T14:19:02","date_gmt":"2023-03-22T13:19:02","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/productip2.dev.peakfort.nl\/product-release\/eu-doc-updates\/"},"modified":"2025-09-03T15:28:36","modified_gmt":"2025-09-03T13:28:36","slug":"eu-doc-updates","status":"publish","type":"product-release","link":"https:\/\/www.productip.com\/de\/produkt-veroeffentlichung\/eu-doc-updates\/","title":{"rendered":"Updates to the EU DoC"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>The EU Declaration of Conformity has been updated.<\/p>\n<p>Here is a list of all the changes:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Automatic signing, using the new digital signatures function (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.productip.com\/productip-releases\/eu-doc-updates\/\">view video about signature management<\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>All languages in a single document<\/li>\n<li>Generates as PDF, so no more Word to PDF conversion required<\/li>\n<li>Can be immediately added to the technical file and automatically linked to the DoC requirements with status &#8218;fulfilled&#8216;<\/li>\n<li>Additional fields that are mandatory for specific product categories have been added:\n<ul>\n<li>Medical: basic UDI-DI, single registration number, intended purpose, risk class and notified body<\/li>\n<li>Outdoor noise: measured and guarantueed sound power level<\/li>\n<li>Pyrotechnic: pyrotechnic registration number<\/li>\n<li>Additional information: a field that can be used to add any additional information to the DoC, it is mandatory RED, GAS, PWC and RCD related products<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.productip.com\/productip-releases\/eu-doc-updates\/\">View the introduction video about the new EU Declaration of Conformity<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The EU Declaration of Conformity has been updated.
