{"id":3632,"date":"2021-10-21T08:16:00","date_gmt":"2021-10-21T06:16:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/productip2.dev.peakfort.nl\/product-release\/updates-to-the-file-list-report\/"},"modified":"2025-08-29T15:03:12","modified_gmt":"2025-08-29T13:03:12","slug":"updates-to-the-file-list-report","status":"publish","type":"product-release","link":"https:\/\/www.productip.com\/de\/produkt-veroeffentlichung\/updates-to-the-file-list-report\/","title":{"rendered":"Activation date added to the file list report"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>We added Activation date as column and filter.<br \/>The Activation date is the date on which the technical file changed from pre-draft to draft.<br \/>This may be different from the creation date if in your account article information is imported.<br \/>If you create a file manually (including the Q&amp;A), the creation date and activation date are always the same.<\/p>\n<p>We added Reorder expiry date as column and filter<br \/>Reorder expiry date is the date the technical file can no longer be used for a reorder.<br \/>This is because on that date either new requirements come into effect or documents in the technical file expires.<\/p>\n<p>We renamed column Deadline to Technical file deadline and add it also as a filter<br \/>Because we now also have a Workflow deadline, &#8218;deadline&#8216; was too generic so we gave it a better name to prevent confusion.<\/p>\n<p>We renamed column &#8218;Invitation date&#8216; to &#8218;Document request date&#8216; and &#8218;Invitation accept date&#8216; to &#8218;Document request accept date&#8216;<br \/>The term invitation no longer clearly explains its meaning.
