After more than 20 years, the GPSD was replaced this week with the General Product Safety Regulation. Many topics have been updated and tightened. This Regulation underlines once more that a high level of health and safety, thorough risk analysis, compulsory internal procedures, traceability and preventive and corrective measures should be in the DNA of every manufacturer, importer, retailer and webshop.

Issue management in the technical files has been simplified and improved. We removed the review level and added the possibility to assign an issue to a person, give the issue a deadline and view a list of all issues that either have been assigned to someone or have a deadline.
