After a hard #Brexit, REACH (reg. 1907/2006) will no longer apply in the UK, and this has consequences.
A REACH-registration held by a UK based registrant (manufacturer/producer, importer or representative) is no longer valid. Registration should be transferred to a manufacturer, importer or an Only representative in the EU-27 should be appointed as a registrant.
