On the technical files pages we added a Regions column, so it is easier to make a distinction between files for the same article but for different regions (for example an EU file and a UK file).
The column shows the code for the main region (for example EU) and the number of additional regions.
If you hover your mouse over the column, you'll see a full list of all regions selected in the file.
