ADMIN settings - Invite your colleagues

ProductIP platform is also a great tool to work with your colleagues on the Technical Files together.

This requires that all colleagues who are to work with the system have access to it. In addition, workflows can be easily created, and each step is listed in the timeline, i.e. who did what and when?

If you want to add a new user, click on the wrench at the top right. Select Company Account and then press the button Invite user(s) in the Users tab.

Please fill in the fields

• E-Mail Address
• First and Last Name
• Short message

Your colleague will receive an e-mail with a link and can arrange the registration by himself.

By the way, you can also track when the colleague was invited and whether he has already accepted the invitation. If not, you can also send the invitation another time!
