The power of Tags
Why use tags?
A very good way to mark your technical file with a specific reference is to use „tags“. Tags allow you to assign individual identifiers to your technical file. By using the Enhanced search using FIND you can very quickly find and display all technical files with or even without a specific tag.
Add a new tag
- Go to the [Company Account] settings.
- Go to the tab „Tags“.
- Enter a new tag and press the button [Add tag].
4. Alternatively go to the tab „Product“ in your technical file. You can add a new tag directly in a technical file or select an existing tag of your list. A matching tag from your list will be displayed as soon as you start typing.
