At ProductIP, data security is our top priority. Our infrastructure is designed to meet the highest standards, ensuring encrypted storage, secure authentication, and compliance with ISO 27001. With advanced protection, continuous monitoring and strict access controls, we safeguard your information.
Multiple data centres
ProductIP runs on virtual servers in secure data centres in Eemshaven (The Netherlands) and Tokyo (Japan). These data centres offer a service level objective of 99.99% network availability thanks to redundant networks.
Secure servers
Controlled user access
ProductIP provides secure access via one-step or two-step authentication for authorised users. User-level rights and restrictions management is available within your corporate account. This provides control over who has access to specific data and functionalities within the system
Single Sign-on (SSO)
In some of the plans, ProductIP offer the option of Single Sign-On (SSO), which provides additional convenience and security. Please note, this may come with additional setup costs.
ISO 27001-certified
ProductIP is ISO 27001-certified by TÜV NORD Netherlands, which guarantees that our information security system meets international standards for information security.
GDPR compliant
GDPR compliance is addressed in the privacy statement that can be found on our Privacy page. A Data Processing Agreement can be generated via this url as well.
