What you will do
As a Regional Sales & Account Manager, you are responsible for developing new customer relationships and expanding existing accounts.
You will engage with companies that want to better organize their product and supply chain compliance. In doing so, you will interact with various stakeholders such as compliance, quality, legal, and supply chain teams—often involving senior management or executive leadership.
You do not need to be a compliance specialist yourself; the expertise is available within ProductIP. What we are looking for is someone who can engage at a management level on topics such as structure, risks and organizational maturity. You are responsible for the commercial process and the customer relationship. Implementations are handled by our delivery and project teams, while you remain involved as the Account Owner to ensure the success of the collaboration.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing a sales plan
- Actively identifying and following up on new business opportunities
- Preparing and conducting sales meetings with clear objectives and next steps
- Explaining how ProductIP helps companies structurally organize product and supply chain compliance
- Preparing proposals in line with ProductIP’s commercial frameworks and contract terms
- Managing your own sales pipeline and forecasts
- Acting as Account Owner for assigned customers
- Identifying upsell and expansion opportunities within existing accounts
- Preparing and discussing contract renewals in a timely manner
- Keeping pipeline, forecasts, and customer data accurate and up to date
- Handing over closed deals to delivery teams with complete and accurate information
- Aligning with internal specialists when subject-matter input is required
- Sharing market developments, customer feedback, and competitive insights
You work independently within ProductIP’s commercial strategy and translate this into tangible growth.
The team
You will be part of the Commercial team and report to the Commercial Director. You will work closely with the Commercial Operations Specialist, Customer Project Managers, and the Marketing team. Responsibilities are clearly defined, and collaboration is practical and straightforward. We follow through on commitments.
Sales at ProductIP is not about quick wins, but about helping organizations structurally organize product and supply chain compliance.
Your background
You are a commercial professional who works in a structured way and takes ownership of your region and pipeline. You follow up on commitments and maintain oversight, even during longer sales cycles. You:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree level (HBO) or equivalent
- Have experience in sales and accountmanagement
- Have experience with complex sales processes involving multiple stakeholders
- Are comfortable working with CRM systems
- Can translate customer needs into concrete commercial proposals
- Work in a structured, plan-driven manner and maintain control over your pipeline and forecasts
- Communicate clearly and manage expectations effectively
- Are fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Are willing to travel regularly
- Hold a valid driver’s license (category B)
Experience with software or professional services is a plus, not a requirement
