ProductIP recommends closing files and has introduced two new file statuses for this purpose: ‘Final Check’ and ‘Closed’.
We found that the old statuses ‘Close file for final review’ and ‘Reviewed’ were unclear to many users.
To prevent confusion with the workflow status ‘Ready for Review,’ we have revised the file statuses as follows:
File status ‘Pre-draft’ and ‘Draft’ remain unchanged.
